Useful answers before you send a model or describe your project. For a question specific to your part, contact Electrovo.
Do I need a finished design?
No. You can enquire with a description of your idea. We can discuss what information or design work may be needed before a meaningful specification can be agreed. Any design support is confirmed separately.
Which model files can I send?
The form accepts one STL or self-contained 3MF mesh file up to 10 MB. STL files must contain valid triangle geometry. 3MF archives are checked for supported mesh structure, safe paths and size limits. Some slicer project files or extended 3MF packages may not be accepted.
What if my file is too large or is rejected?
Send the enquiry without a model and explain the issue in the description. Do not disguise a file by renaming its extension. Electrovo can discuss the next step after reviewing your request.
Can I request one part or a small batch?
Tell us the quantity you have in mind. Feasibility and any practical order requirements are confirmed during review; the website does not promise a minimum order or production capacity.
What information affects the quote?
The model, overall size, quantity, intended use, material requirements, finishing and any important fit or checking requirements all help define the work. See our guide to factors affecting printing cost.
Which materials do you offer?
Available materials and production options are confirmed for each project. Our materials page explains the questions that help with selection; it is not a live stock list.
Can you guarantee a tolerance or a particular surface finish?
Requirements need to be reviewed against the geometry, manufacturing approach and material. Tell us which dimensions or surfaces matter so that achievable criteria can be agreed. The website does not make a universal tolerance or finish guarantee.
How long will my project take?
Timing is confirmed after reviewing the project and agreeing the specification. Include a desired date if you have one; entering a date in the form does not reserve production time.
Do you deliver to my area?
Include your delivery requirements in the enquiry. Delivery or collection arrangements and any associated costs are confirmed for your project. This website does not promise a particular delivery area.
Are my uploaded models public?
No. Models are stored outside the public web root and are available only through a permission-checked staff download. They are not placed in the Media Library or attached to notification emails.
Does submitting the form place an order?
No. It starts an enquiry. You approve the quote and specification before the project proceeds.
Can a part be used in a safety-critical application?
Do not assume suitability. Tell us about food contact, medical use, load-bearing use or any other safety requirement before a quote is considered. This website makes no claims of certification or suitability for those applications.
